As Senior Vice President, Application Services, Charles is responsible for the delivery of solutions leveraging Alliance's competencies in the areas of .NET, Java, eBusiness and Quality Assurance and Testing, as well as Alliance's hybrid delivery methodology and offshore team. As a result of Alliance's recent acquisition of Fusion Technologies, Charles is now driving Alliance's adoption of best practices across the expanded offshore team. In addition to ensuring global excellence, Charles is also involved in numerous large client engagements from sales initiation through long-term customer success.

Charles holds a BSEE Computer Systems degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
