The Business Situation

The engagement has been underway for 12 months and is due for renewal in December. About 1/3 of the Alliance team handles day-to-day support, maintenance and application monitoring activities in partnership with client employees. It is our goal to migrate this segment of business to a true AMO in 2006. The remaining work comprises of project-based initiatives ranging from custom development to packaged implementations (e.g. Siebel, Documentum, SAP). The main technologies used are Oracle, BEA WLS/WLP, SAP and Documentum. We have a dedicated EM overseeing the Alliance team and also operating as a part of client’s management team. All work is completed on a T&M basis. Engagement revenue for 2005 was $7.3 million.
