The client offered a client-server credit risk management application to large Enterprise customers.

- Alliance adopted well-defined application testing and software development processes for managing requirements, development of test cases and deliverables. Being an ISO 9001-2000 and CMM5 company, the defined processes focused on defining and measuring the quality of deliverables to the customer, continuous process improvement and defect prevention activities
- Alliance replaced custom C++ socket server with standard Java based XML server to support cross-platform needs, improve stability, and enable horizontal scalability
- Alliance leveraged its offshore application development services, appointing both onshore management resources and offshore resources, to build customer relationship, add value to the customer and implement seamless collaboration between the multiple teams
