John Castleman

President and CEO
As President and CEO, John is charged with setting the vision and executing Alliance’s growth strategy. John has spent most of his career holding senior management positions with technology services and software companies including Elemica, Acorn Systems, Safeguard Scientifics, and MeadWestvaco. John holds a degree in History from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
John Carmody

Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
As Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, John is responsible for driving and overseeing Alliance’s sales business strategy while focusing on client value and client service that translates into long-term revenue growth. John has over 20 years of experience in sales management and operations experience most recently as Senior Vice President with AppLabs where he spent 9 years leading all aspects of operations and sales in the US. Prior to this role, John held sales positions with Oracle, Diffusion, Evoke Software and Hoogovens Ijmuiden. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Bill Lewallen

Senior Vice President, Consulting Services
As the SVP of Consulting Services, Bill brings over 27 years of experience in the IT and Outsourcing industries. Bill works actively with clients across all phases of the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of high value solutions. Bill has hands-on experience across most key verticals including: Insurance, Information Services, Life Sciences, Product Development, and Financial Services. Bill has a track record of running high performance delivery teams focused on development discipline and productivity.
Srinivas Reddy

Managing Director, Alliance India
As Managing Director, Alliance India, Srinivas is responsible for overall global delivery, including the human resources, recruitment, finance, IT, training, and quality functions. His primary responsibility is growing the India business. Srinivas has 18 plus years of experience in IT in the areas of Software Delivery, Project Management, and Client Management. Srinivas holds a bachelor’s degree from NIT, Surathkal, India and a Master’s degree from Steven’s Institute of Technology in NJ, USA.
Liz Smith

Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President, Human Resources, Liz is responsible for organizational development, policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Liz is a human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the business consulting, financial services and health care industries. Prior to joining Alliance, Liz held various HR leadership positions with International SOS, FleetBoston and BetzDearborn.
David Rader

CTO & Vice President, Product Development
David Rader, CTO, focuses on improving software development teams and technology strategy for Alliance’s clients. David has over 15 years of experience in software development and consulting and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences and business value. Prior to joining Alliance, David was a Senior Partner at Fusion Technologies and has worked for a major retail brokerage and a data analytics consultancy. David has a BA from Northwestern University in Economics and Integrated Sciences.
Sreekanth Singaraju

Vice President, QA and Testing
As Vice President, QA and Testing, Sreekanth has more than 12 years of senior technology leadership experience and leads Alliance’s QA & Testing organization in developing cutting edge solutions. He is a respected technology thought leader with focus in testing Agile projects, test process automation and metrics-based development approaches and utilizing lean techniques in software development.
Santanu Bhattacharya

Vice President, Product Engineering
As Vice President, Product Engineering, Santanu is responsible for the delivery of all development and support projects. His primary responsibilities are growing the Product Engineering competency, recruiting and growing talent and building solutions around our Product Engineering offerings along with achieving delivery excellence. Santanu has over 19 years of experience in IT and is an avid enthusiast of Agile delivery approaches. Before joining the industry Santanu completed his Masters in Mathematics from Jadavpur University and 5 years of research in Computational Mathematics from IIT Kharagpur.
Sandeep Joshi

Vice President, QA and Testing
As Vice President, QA and Testing, Sandeep’s primary responsibilities include project delivery, testing competency development, and developing cutting edge independent testing solutions for Alliance’s clients. Sandeep has 19 years of technology leadership experience in software product and services industry encompassing areas of product development, QA and testing, software consulting, performance engineering, and real-time systems development. Sandeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mangalore University and is a Certified Product Owner and Scrum Master.
Todd Bachofer

Vice President, Consulting Services
As Vice President, Consulting Services, Todd focuses on our mid-Atlantic strategic accounts to ensure delivery of high value solutions across all phases of the product lifecycle. Todd has 20+ years of IT experience and leadership in application development, testing, infrastructure, mobile development and business intelligence. Todd joined Alliance Global Services in 2000 and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Master’s degree in Management of Information Science from Penn State University.

Vice President, Consulting Services
As VP of Consulting Services, John brings over 15 years of experience in the IT and Outsourcing industries. John works actively with our customers in the Philadelphia region across all phases of the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of high value solutions. John has hands-on experience across key verticals to develop and build customers including: insurance, supply chain, product development, and financial services. John holds an MBA from the Lehigh University.
George McDonald

Vice President, Consulting Services
George has 25+ years of experience leading engineering and technology groups, and has been with Alliance Global Services since 2001. His focus is on the refinement and optimization of Scrum and Lean methodologies for use on globally distributed projects. An early adopter of the Agile Manifesto, he has been a practicing Certified Scrum Master since 2005. He has a strong track record of overseeing the delivery of multi-faceted, complex projects (>$1M+) in enterprise environments with a large number of stakeholders and numerous dependent systems or concomitant development teams.
Mahesh Munagekar

Vice President, Consulting Services
As Vice President, Consulting Services, Mahesh works actively with key clients primary in the mid-west region across all of their projects to provide services to enable business results by leveraging the Alliance capabilities from solution delivery, project management and technical support. Mahesh brings over 18 years of experience in the IT and Outsourcing industries with hands-on experience in the insurance, Supply chain, Life Sciences, Product Development, and Financial Services industries. He holds an undergraduate degree in electronics and a master’s degree in computer management from the University of Pune, India.
Scott Niness

Vice President, Consulting Services
As Vice President of Consulting Services, Scott brings over 27 years of experience in the IT and Outsourcing industries. Scott was instrumental in establishing Alliance’s Application Maintenance Outsourcing service line which helps organizations reduce their software application maintenance and support costs while increasing service levels, institutionalizing knowledge, and increasing application reliability. In his current role, Scott works with our customers in the New England region across all phases of the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of high value solutions.
