Experience/Feelings from MITR Team Members

This was my first visit from MITR team. I was excited when I came to know about the camps conducted by MITR with the help of Alliance Global Services, but I do not really know how it works practically, I heard several times from people around in the office talking about how they helped people in their previous camps. Then I decided firmly to be an active member of MITR team to help people in whatever activities planned by them.

I never expected that the response could be so huge; it was very good to see. We were able to help people who are in the interiors of villages with the coordination of Shankara Eye Foundation.
The old persons who are unable to take treatment due to lack of disabilities, facilities and funds have shown their gratitude to both Shankara eye foundation as well as Alliance Global Services. I felt very happy to be a part of this eye camp when people praised the foundation. I would request you to forward my gratitude to every one who are directly and indirectly part of MITR.My special thanks to everyone who made this event successful.

In line to the below thread I would like to share some of my experiences i went through during this Eye camp which was in turn successful but there is lot more to do taking this response into consideration. I always had a feeling to make service one of the priorities in my life and have tried to do something for someone needy and will continue to do same thing in future too. I felt good when I got to know that there is employee funded team in this organization to help in conducting these kind of charities. Fortunately I got the chance to give my part to this camp so soon. I am happy to be part of this and will assure that I will do anything required from my end.

I always find pleasure in Social Service and this trip for the Eye Camp is no exception. But what giving me more pleasure is – the interest on Social Service and the responsibility being taken by our Alliance friends, which is a kind of rare to find. I am really enjoying for being a part of Alliance and Mitr team.
