As applications approach "end of life" and are decommissioned, Alliance performs knowledge transfer and takes ownership of your systems under a defined service level agreement and at a fixed monthly cost, allowing you to retrain your staff and implement more cost effective and efficient applications.

We combine CMM5 operational capabilities with our maintenance services experience to provide this offering. As with our other offerings, we also leverage our structured "Alliance Knowledge Transfer Transition Process" to quickly understand the application and begin providing maintenance services.
