- We first review the business requirements, understand use cases, analyze architecture and understand the quality objectives of the organization. We then assess the existing processes and systems and QA team capabilities, identifying gaps and providing short and long term recommendations.
Definition & Design
- Based on the needs and gaps identified, we put together a QA strategy identifying the right QA process to fit the organization needs, a Test Plan, Business Scenarios
identification, Functional Automation Framework Design and a Performance Benchmarking Design where applicable.
Establish & Approve
- In this phase, we establish the capabilities of the proposed strategy and get an approval from the client for the proposed strategy. Especially in the case of automation, this might be demonstrated on the client's application with the help of a prototype.
Implement
- Based on the project requirements and in-house QA capabilities, we may proceed to implement the QA strategy or assist in helping the client implement it.
