I wanted to take a minute to reflect on the accomplishments, some thoughts and opinions that I've gathered over the past year while working with the Alliance team. So, before I begin, I would like to share my background as it pertains to outsourcing vendors. While I was working for State Street Bank, I was personally involved in the management, architecture, design, development and testing efforts with three India based consulting companies. The total number of resources peaked to about 300 people. My work for Clearbrook was at a much smaller scale and was with a single vendor. The vendor engagement lasted about 24 months and the team size was approximately 15 people. Considering my background, I feel very comfortable giving this assessment.
I can't tell you how much I and the Clearbrook team appreciate the high caliber of work and unquestionable level of commitment the team has demonstrated over the past year. The completion of this project is one of the best examples of how successful outsourcing can be when you team up with the right resource.

For Clearbrook, we truly believe that Alliance was the right resource for us. The Alliance team provided a consistent and repeatable process for delivering a quality product for each and every sprint. To add to this success, the documentation developed as part of this process has exceeded our expectations. Each document is extremely well written and provides clear understanding of what a successful software development process is.

The last two items that I would like to comment on are the technologies and source code. It is very clear to me that the Alliance team is extremely knowledgeable of the technologies that were used to build our platform. After spending countless hours reviewing the source code I would like to congratulate the software engineers and team leads for doing an outstanding job
